Processing Time
After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3-7days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.
Return & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you to open it and check to make sure the items meet your requirement. Before the return, please don’t remove the tag and keep it in new or unused condition as original.
The products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
